Swaportunity is a platform that provides a safe way to buy and sell bikes; together we can change the world one bike at a time.
My husband and I have been cycling for decades and saw gaps in cycling safety, bike event parking, and cycling knowledge. As community builders, we modelled Alberta Bike Swap from a scribble at the kitchen table to what is it today; dozens of strategic alliances, thousands of attendees and thousands of bought, sold, and donated bikes, fit-for-purpose software, patented bike racks, and smiles. Lots of smiles. Alberta Bike Swap has been internationally recognized and we have applied what we’ve learned to guide the rest of the world to put on re-use events or single bike sales through our Swaportunity software and processes.
